Thank you for visiting our family blog site. Amanda and I are 30 years old, although Amanda would place emphasis on her being 6 months younger. We have lived in Ga for most of our lives and met in the school. We have 3 amazingly beautiful children from the ages of 2, 7, and 9. Amanda and I have been heavily involved in student ministry for the past 9 years and most recently found a passion for serving the young families in our community. We have served in part-time ministry of teens for 5 years before moving into full time ministry in 2012.
We are avid UGA fans. When we're not watching or cheering on the bulldogs of Athens, Ga we are traveling to and from the local gymnastics gym. Our 2 daughters are saturated with gymnastics and practice on a competitive team 4 days a week. Although the schedule gets tough to handle at times, we love watching the fulfillment they receive from successful competitions to team outings with their friends. We strongly believe in being an active member of a team and or community. Our 2 year old son is as you would expect any 2 year old boy to be... active and fearless. While he's not directly involved in a team or community yet, he definitely finds his place wherever we may be.
We hope you find this blog encouraging, entertaining and resourceful. We don't claim to have the perfect family but we do claim to work at it everyday and make the most of every circumstance and situation. We trust God of all things in our lives and trust him to help us make the right decisions for our family.
